Add an abstraction layer for registries [Draft]

Lang not applied to Chat Msg

Specifically for the Forbidden Fruit Item, Lang isn't applied in chat. Other lang is applied such as item names but anything sent in chat by this item does not have lang.

The only thing that doesn't exist is JEI integration, due to the fact that the outputs are not always the same, and are chance-based. I will do the JEI integration at a later date.

Gecko Dependency and Forge/Mappings Update

This PR makes it so when trying to run the mod in a non-dev environment, it tells the user that Ancientology requires geckolib3 3.0.7 or higher before loading the game and then subsequently crashing without saying directly why. This PR also Updates Forge to 39.0.59 and the Parchment mappings to 2022.01.23

added damascus ingots and weapons. Added more tags for jei. Fixed the ordering of the items in the iteminit to be organised. Some small things still need to be polished, but this is being pulled now before you lock/delete this github so it doesnt get deleted. These other things I will fix tomorrow.
